As an independent technical consultant, I help companies take LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and Agents from demo to production-ready — the market isn't short of people who can call an API; it's short of engineers who can ship AI stably and keep it running.

Engagements defined by outcomes, not headcount. I'd rather pass than race to the bottom on price.

Between "runs in a demo" and "safe to ship to production" sits an entire engineering discipline: monitoring, fallbacks, docs, drills. I deliver the latter.

Delivery Means Handover

Delivery includes docs, deployment scripts, and an ops manual. You can take it over yourself — good engagements don't create dependency.

The initial call is free — first confirm AI is the right solution. Not every scenario needs an LLM; I'll say no when it's warranted.
