Positioning: The Digital Foundation of the Insolvency Ecosystem

Operated by Jianchi Yixia Tech under the Wupo Digital Technology group, PoyiYun (破易云) launched in 2019 (formerly "PoyiTong"). Rather than a tool built only for administrators, it connects the six stakeholder groups of the insolvency ecosystem—administrators, creditors, debtors, courts, service providers, and asset disposers—with tailored digital solutions for each.

02
Administrator Side: End-to-End Digital Casework

Full-lifecycle case management, an investor database, team collaboration, and a structured knowledge repository—freeing administrators from high-volume clerical work (notices, statistics, archiving) so they can focus on asset disposition and value judgment itself.

03
Online Creditors' Meetings: Taking the Hardest Scenario Online

Fully online claim filing; creditors join meetings via WeChat mini-program or web, with facial-recognition verification for check-in and voting, automatic tallying of votes, and notarized certificates issued by the Hangzhou Internet Notary Office—combining legal validity with online efficiency.

01
Multi-Stakeholder, Multi-Endpoint Collaboration Architecture

Six stakeholder types and multiple endpoints (Web / mini-program / App) share one business middle-platform: core domain models for cases, claims, documents, and meetings are unified, with endpoint experiences tailored by role—a classic multi-tenant + RBAC permission design.

02
Real-Time Performance and Reliability for Meetings

Online voting demands end-to-end real-time sync of check-in, balloting, and tallying with verifiable results—requiring a combined design of message push, a concurrent tallying rules engine, and full-process evidence preservation.

03
Compliance and Data Security

For judicial scenarios, the requirements for data encryption, sensitive-information protection, and audit trails far exceed those of ordinary SaaS—security and compliance are part of the product's capability, not an add-on.

Results Speak

Per official disclosures: online creditors' meetings improved meeting efficiency by over 160%+, reduced administrators' workload by over 200%, cut participation costs by over 110%, and boosted data-verification efficiency by over 120%. The company reached tens of millions in revenue in 2021–2022 and was certified as a High-Tech Enterprise in 2025; PoyiYun 4.0's open data platform now has over 450K pre-registered users.

For me, this project proved one thing: deep digitalization of traditional industries never lacks ideas—what it lacks is engineering capability that can withstand real business complexity.
